2: Electric Blast: Shoots out stored electric energy in shot of pure electricity that can potentially burn or even dismember a body if they are close enough to the blast. Depending on the amount of electricity stored, can increase the power. Can also double as a taser depending on the power discharged.
3: Heaven's Hammer (Using Electricity to boost the power of his punches and kicks): Channels the electric energy stored in his body to a limb to give it a extra pack of power.
4: Mass Discharge: Unleashes all his stored up electricity at once in a omni-directional blast. Must be at max charge to use this.
How your character acquired his/her/it's powers: When he was about 6 or 7, but didn't know much about it at the time. Learned his powers fully until he was 17. First found a hint of his powers when he stuck his finger in a electric socket and didn't get killed.
Notable Flaws with Power set (List at least 2 preferably more): Has to draw electricity from a outside source, cannot utilize the electrical energies in his own body for it is too much strain on his own body and there isn't enough to work with properly. Also if he absorbs past his limit, it starts to hurt him by causing internal damage. This could potientionally cause him to combust too from the heat being generated from the stored energy.

Background Information: Augustine is a man in his prime, born into middle class living, his family quickly left the states and hopped from country to country in Europe, doing jobs to live till they amassed a small fortune when Towers was 14. By the time he was 16, Towers lost his family to a small Neo Nazi group who used old World War II weapons to hold a small village in Poland hostage. Austin lost his family in the sortie but would go to inherent his family's fortune. By the time he was 28, he had tripled his family's fortune manipulating sales and other profitable areas and jobs by many illegal methods. He had anyone who would try and rat him out killed and had all the murders appear as accidents or suicides. Even at one point, having a senator unknowingly take medication that caused depression.
At age 31, using many more devious methods, Austin will soon have Poland as his own country.
