Power Limitations
OP- "No 1 member may have a power that simply makes them overpowered. "Such as reality control. Time Control and such. Other powers can be added to this list as saw fit."
Mimics - They shall be allowed to a degree, They shall not retain access to all powers` 1 at a time, and there will be some sort of time table set up before hand with staff members.
