The year is 2145, 200 years after World war 2, and yet again the world finds itself in the aftermath of another World War. This time the earth has been ravaged by the weapons humans so proudly made to protect themselves. Many of the worlds finest cities had been desolated in the conflict. Among them, New york, London, Frankfurt, Moscow, Beijing.
Following this much of the world not happy with their governments turned to civil war and the brief moments of peace were replaced by violent conflicts once again. During this time period more and more people with "Special abilities" began to turn up. Many used there powers to turn the tables in these civil conflicts in their desired favor.
No one truly knows where these powered people come from, or why or how they got their powers. Some rumors of government experiments, radiation from the bombs, and even the occasional alien theory have popped up. Although no one truly knows much about them, their presence is unforgettable and they have began to have a growing stake in this worlds affairs.
The newly reformed UN is meeting with representatives of different heads of the newly segmented world. The meeting will be held in a remote area in the Scarlet District. This section of their area was formerly called Sweden.Around 25 years has passed since the great war. This is where our story begins.
